3.INGREDIENTS

• Per capsule: Shark cartilage powder (Centrophorus coelolepis) 375 mg, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 112.5 mg, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 20 mg, collagen type II 10 mg, manganese (as manganese sulphate) 0.5 mg, copper (as copper sulphate) 0.25 mg, cholecalciferol (vitamin D₃) 1.25 µg.
• Excipients: Capsule shell (gelatin) 100 mg, thickener (magnesium stearate [E470(iii)]) 5.4 mg, anticaking agents (tricalcium phosphate [E341(iii)], silicon dioxide [E551]) 5.83 mg.

4. RECOMMENDED USERS

• For adults 18 years and older.

5. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Take 2 capsules once daily.

• The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
