3.INGREDIENTS

• Each softgel contains: [Seal oil ( Pagophilus Groenlandica ), fish oil concentrate] 1000 mg, providing: Total Omega 3 750 mg (including DHA 500 mg, EPA 150 mg).
• Excipients: gelatine 300 mg, thickener (glycerol (422) 149.5 mg, antioxidant (mixed tocopherols concentrate)  (307b) 0.3 mg.

4. RECOMMENDED USERS

• For adults 18 years and older.

5. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Take 2 capsules once daily.
