3.INGREDIENTS

• Each softgel contains: Seal oil (Pagophilus groenlandica) 1000 mg, providing: Total Omega 3 200 mg (including DHA 90 mg, EPA 70 mg, DPA 38 mg), Omega 6 22 mg, Omega 7 130 mg, Omega 9 270 mg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5 µg.
• Excipients: gelatine 300 mg, thickener (glycerol (422)) 149.5 mg, antioxidant (mixed tocopherols concentrate) (307b)  03 mg.

4. RECOMMENDED USERS

• For adults 18 years and older.

5. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Take 2 capsules once daily.

• The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
